Terms & Conditions of Riordan’s Supervalu Fermoy.

Data Protection:

The information on this registration form will be retained by us operating the Riordan’s Valu Club loyalty scheme. This information as well as details of the amount and description of purchases made using the Payback loyalty card, together with some analysis of such purchases will also be retained.

We may from time to time send you information, including offers of goods & services and competitions, from us or others which we think you may find of interest.

We may conduct customer research from time to time to help us offer all customers the service they want. Therefore, we may wish to contact you for further details.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The promoter of the Riordan’s Valu Club loyalty scheme in the Republic of Ireland is Riordan’s SuperValu Fermoy.

2. Your Valu Club Tag key ring must be given to the cashier when making a purchase, in order for the points to be accumulated by you.

3. One point will be awarded for every €1 spent in store.
Points will be accumulated on every purchase.
(Exceptions – See Point 6)

4. The promoter may vary the points collected period and the redemption period of points. Points will be deducted for the value for any refunds given.

5. You will be able to collect points in Riordan’s SuperValu Fermoy exclusively.

6. Points cannot be earned in respect of purchase of spirits,  tobacco products, phone top ups, phone cards, lottery tickets, vending machine purchases, gift vouchers and saving stamps. Other products may be excluded at the discretion of the Promoter or operation of law.

7. The promoter reserves the right to reject any voucher if it deems, in its sole discretion, that it has been forged or otherwise tampered with.

8. To join the Riordan’s Valu Club promotion, you need to be 18 years of age or older.

9. Your Riordan’s Valu Club tag key ring is the property of the promoter and it must be surrendered if so requested. It may only be used in Riordan’s SuperValu Fermoy.
The promoter may refuse to issue a membership tag and it reserves the right to terminate or alter the Riordan’s Valu Club scheme without prior notice. The promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters regarding the Riordan’s Valu Club scheme.

10. Your Riordan’s Valu Club scheme tag key ring is not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee card.
