Long Kauri Marlbourough Sauvignon Blanc
Very pale when young but develops straw and green-gold tints as it ages. The bouquet is a combination of goosberry, passionfruit and nectarine backed with hints of herbaceousness. The palate has richness and texture and a long finish which is crisp and flavoursome. Refreshing as an aperitif and is a great accompaniment to salads and all seafood dishes, especially prawns.
